Quaid-e-Azam came and drove away the English
He created Pakistan and ran it for 13 months
He came to Ziarat for a visit and death beckoned to him
Life is temporary and he lost his life
He was a true Pakistan! He was buried in Karachi
The whole world came for his burial and laid flowers at his grave
His photograph appeared on our currency
He drove the English away
After Quaid, whover came power was only interested in serving his own interests!

Liaquat Ali Khan came into power
The conspirators had him assasinated
Iskandar Mirza came but couldn't run the country
General Ayub Khan came, imposed martial law and deposed Mirza
Fought the 1965 war, he defeated Shastri and sent him running
He taught him a lesson and gave him a befitting reply
He made a canal [in a district of Baluchistan]
He couldn't run the country either!
After that Yahya Khan came and lost half of Pakistan
He lead to many soldiers being imprisoned and Bangladesh was lost to us

When Zulfiqar Ali Butto came into power, he instated such a system
that first he had the prisoners freed
Then he divided the land holdings and distributed it
among the farmers and laborers
He put padlocks on factories, broke the one-unit system
Tried to abolish the feudal system and
raised the slogan of "bread, clothing and housing"
The capitalists decided this would never do
So they plotted against him and brought in Zia-ul-Haq
He imprisoned Bhutto and went to court with Kasuri case
He had Bhutto hung and imposed martial law!
Junejo was called in and made the Prime Minister
Then he was deposed
A referendum was held and Zia had himself elected
He removed all opposition
He tortured and imprisoned people
He ruled for eleven years!

Fate played its hand Zia plane was shot down
He was buried in Islamabad

and called in the army to prevent electroal rigging
The people's party won and then Benazir Bhutto took over

She raised salaries a little and made Farooq Leghari the president
There was political turmoil and Farooq became angry
He dissolved the assemblies and appointed a caretaker prime minister
With the tiger as his party symbol, Nawaz Sharif won the elections
He came to power, raised salaries by Rs 300
He brought criminals to justice
He revoked the 8th amendment
created flour shortages
and paid a part of Pakistan's debt to America
Tested the Nuclear Missile at Chagi district of Baluchistan
Pervez Musharraf took over He had Nawaz Sharif removed
and charged him with hijacking
Raised salaries by Rs 100
Musharraf made the defaulters return loan and
sentenced Nawaz to life imprisonment
He had him exiled
He maniuplated the situation in such a way that
Rafiq Tarar was forced to leave
while Musharraf made himself the President
He held the Referendum and had himself elected
He held Elections and made Zafarullah Jamali the Prime Minister
The only bravery Jamali showed was that the liberated his own neighberhood

Politicians have stolen everything from us But we do not learn a lessan
and will bring them into power again
And they will continue to steal and hoard
We are behind them right now but if we move away
they will lose thier support and their vote bank
